Ed Schwarz, with over thirty years experience in the Commercial real Estate and other industries is responsible for the operations of EHS.  Ed graduated from the George Washington University in Washington, D.C. with a BBA in Accounting and from the Financial Executive Institute at the University of Michigan.  Over the past twenty years Ed has performed services, nationwide, for Real Estate Investors, Developers, Builders, Property Managers and Fund Managers.

EHS Accounting has recently provided services to various organizations such as:

• Long term contract as off-site CFO for a large commercial real estate developer and investor.
• Financial management, modeling, cash flow projections and assistance with the debt placement for the construction of a 40 story residential condo/office/retail building in Las Vegas, NV.
• Financial and Accounting system implementation and restructuring for commercial real estate investors.
• Financial due diligence services for the acquisition of several income producing properties including multifamily, office, retail and industrial and for the acquisition of operating business entities.

• Sourcing, packaging and closing of debt and equity placements in excess of $700 million.
